The Amateur Sports Association insurance program of Westpoint Insurance Group is dedicated to providing customized insurance programs for youth and adult sports activities for your athletes, officials, spectators and administrators. Our Service
Upon effectively enrolling your members, we can offer administrative services to collect premium, issue policies, certificates and plan changes for the members. Our agency management system will break down premium distribution and do a seamless payment method to all parties involved. Claims service will be monitored through a dedicated claims administrator that includes understanding, compassion and speed through a sophisticated claims processing system. Our objective is to create an atmosphere of ease for your members by providing the highest level of customer service.

What is covered
The general liability policy provides coverage for claims or lawsuits that arise out of bodily injury or property damage during a covered activity. The policy also provides coverage for claims arising out of participant’s legal liability, personal injury, advertising injury and products or completed operations liability. Defense costs are included in the limit of coverage provided. This coverage is excess over any other valid and collectible insurance. Exclusions are noted in the policy, but the policy excludes War, Nuclear Energy, Absolute Pollution, Asbestos; in addition, the policy excludes coverage for abuse and molestation, the use of fireworks, parades and no liability coverage is provided to any member while driving any auto.
The accident medical policy is your first line of defense, paying claims for accidental injuries incurred during play, practice, training or travel directly to and from covered events. This policy is excess over any other valid and collectible insurance in force at the time of claim. Exclusions are noted in the policy, but the policy excludes: Service or treatment rendered by a doctor or any other person employed or retained by the Policyholder; Eyeglasses or contact lenses or prescriptions; Hernia unless it results from a covered injury; Injury covered by worker’s compensation or similar legislation, or automobile no-fault law; Any sickness or bodily sickness; Air travel, except on a commercial aircraft operating on a regularly scheduled passenger route; or Injury received as a consequence of the injured party’s intoxication (alcohol or drug related), as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction where the loss occurred.
