Westpoint Insurance Group is an independent insurance brokerage offering many choices for insuring your risk and meeting your client’s needs.
In order to get started, Westpoint Insurance requires all agents and agencies receiving commissions from us be licensed in the state they are doing business. You will also be required to submit a W-9 form for commissions payable from us. Commissions vary on each product and additional information regarding the commission structure and payment can be discussed by calling Angela Salcido, Vice President of Marketing & Sales at (800) 318-7709.

Additional documents required to write Accident Medical Health business are:
- Copy of agent’s Accident & Health License for the state in which the insured is located.
- Copy of the agency’s Accident & Health License for the state in which the insured is located
- Copy of a current E&O Declarations page
Additional documents required to write the General Liability/Property & Casualty business are:
- Copy of agent’s Accident & Health License for the state in which the insured is located
